  • Not Formal Scholarly Rulings: WithSakina provides contemplative reflections grounded in Quranic verses and Hadith to support inner calm. It is not an academic Islamic seminary, fatwa platform, or fiqh board.

2. Order Processing & Merchant of Record (Paddle)

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

  • When you purchase a course or access to reflections on withsakina.com, Paddle.com Inc. (or its regional affiliates) is the merchant of record for all our orders.

  • Paddle provides customer service inquiries relating to payments, receipts, and order processing, and handles all billing security, local tax compliance (such as VAT or GST), and transactions.

  • All financial transactions are subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms and Conditions.

3. Account Access and Security

When you enroll in a course:

  • You will receive an invitation to access your member account on withsakina.com.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • Account access is intended for personal, single-individual use. You may not share, sell, distribute, or transfer your login access to others.

  • If you suspect any unauthorized access or a security breach regarding your account, please inform us immediately at support@withsakina.com.

4. Digital Access and Intellectual Property

All materials available on withsakina.com—including video recordings, audio tracks, visual room designs, written reflections, graphics, and logos—are the exclusive intellectual property of WithSakina.

  • Personal License: Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and stream the course materials for your own personal, private, non-commercial reflection.

  • Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, record, rip, reproduce, modify, redistribute, publish, sell, broadcast, or create derivative works from our video or audio content without our express written permission.

  • Lifetime Access: Where “lifetime access” is stated, it grants you access to stream the purchased content for as long as the WithSakina platform operates and maintains the course. If we ever decide to retire or decommission a course, we will provide reasonable advance notice so you can conclude your reflections.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

We believe in treating every person with fairness and care. Our policies regarding refund eligibility, review windows, and processing can be reviewed on our dedicated Refund Policy. Because billing is processed via Paddle, any approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle’s secure channels.

 

6. Code of Conduct

WithSakina is designed as a peaceful sanctuary. If you interact with our platform, support team, or community spaces, we expect respectful, civil communication. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without a refund for any user who engages in harassment, unauthorized commercial exploitation, system abuse, or attempts to circumvent platform security.

 

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

  • “As Is” Basis: All services, courses, and digital materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  • Streaming Availability: While we partner with reliable infrastructure providers (such as Bunny.net) to deliver seamless, clutter-free streaming, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times due to internet connectivity variables beyond our control.

  • Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WithSakina and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your access to, or inability to access, the website or course content.
