Who Is This Course For?

The Foundation of Trust may be helpful if you:

  • Find yourself worrying about things you cannot fully control.

  • Struggle with uncertainty when making important decisions.

  • Turn to Allah in difficulty but sometimes find it hard to understand what happens afterward.

  • Feel mentally burdened by trying to work out every possible outcome.

  • Want to understand tawakkul more deeply and approach life’s difficulties through an Islamic perspective.

You don’t need to be facing a major crisis to benefit. This course is also for those who want to strengthen their understanding of trust in Allah in everyday life.

What Will You Explore?

Through seven focused lessons, you will explore how to understand Allah’s response to our prayers, why uncertainty and overthinking can become difficult to carry, and how trust in Allah relates to the effort and responsibilities before us.

You will also consider how to approach difficult circumstances without assuming that you must understand everything immediately, and how to return to these ideas when familiar worries or new difficulties arise.

The aim is not to promise a life without difficulties or suggest that every worry will disappear after completing a course.

It is to develop a deeper understanding of trust in Allah — one that can help you approach life’s difficulties with a different outlook while continuing to take the steps appropriate for your circumstances.

A Different Kind of Learning Space

WithSakina courses are designed for quiet learning and reflection.

Rather than an on-screen presenter or a traditional slide presentation, each lesson unfolds through an AI-generated voice-over and a familiar, thoughtfully designed room. The room provides a consistent visual setting, while carefully chosen text and subtle changes in the surroundings support the ideas being explored.

This approach is intentional. It gives you space to listen, consider the meaning, and reflect without unnecessary visual distractions.

There is no need to hurry through the lessons. You can pause whenever you wish, take time to think about what you have heard, and revisit a lesson whenever you feel the need.

Learn at Your Own Pace

You don’t need to remember every word or apply everything at once.

Take what you understand, reflect on how it relates to your circumstances, and return to the lessons when you need them.

The lessons offer Islamic learning and reflection, not personal fatwas or a substitute for qualified religious guidance when a specific ruling is needed.

May Allah grant us ease.
